Visual inspection and label check according to ASTM F1886 / F1886M
Detecting the First Abnormalities with the Naked Eye – Visual Inspection
Label check on request
Symbols, text and pictograms must be read correctly. The barcode (or also called barcode) as well as matrix codes must be decoded correctly. The information encoded in the code is optically scanned with the help of special reading devices, whereby environmental and operational influences mainly affect reading and reliable recognition.
For this area, we not only offer a visual inspection, which can be adapted by the customer to include further criteria, but also use our 1D / 2D barcode scanner to check the codes for their print quality according to ISO 15416 (1D), ISO 15415 (2D) as well as according to the GS1 standard. In addition, the combination with further integrity tests is advisable, because only a comprehensive check excludes all sources of error and prevents the discovery of these errors in the further production process.
