Vertical and horizontal shock tests for packages, loading units, equipment
Let the truck drive through potholes! Your product will remain intact
.
Shocks cannot be avoided during transport. Nevertheless, the packaging form and the packaging material of your package should be well adjusted to them. If this is not the case, the product inside cannot be reliably protected.
Vibrations, or shocks, occur, for example, when trains are coupled, when the truck hops through a pothole, or when containers are stacked. So that you know in advance how your product and your packaging will react to such stresses, these shocks are simulated in our laboratory.
Is your packaging resistant to shock and impact?
The areas of application extend to the simulation of shipping loads in the form of shocks and vibrations. In addition, we test the continuous impact load with a low frequency, the so-called bouncing.
The result is – if necessary – instructions for optimizing the packages and / or loading units. Your advantage: Possible weak points of your packages appear in the laboratory, not only when your customer complains.
